I am enjoying going on the monthly hunt for the perfect full moon shot.
I went to South Lancaster Wharf last night where I learned how important to bring a compass so that you know exactly where the moon will be rising so you can get a good foreground.
I was way off on the direction that the St. Lawrence runs at South Lancaster so the moon rose over the States rather than over the river the way I thought it would.
There were clouds to boot so no joy on my moon shot there.
This was taken early morning on the 29th - adjusted the exposure to bring out more details on the moon and give it the night time look.
We must have been looking at the same moon but in different time zones. Mine was taken in the early morning as it heading your way. How serendipitous! Great moon shot btw.
