It's cold outside

Went out to get some fresh air today. It's a cold day and I came across this garter snake. I think it was trying to get some warmth from the paved pathway. It wasn't moving much so I got in pretty close ... although I did use my live view and use my arms instead of my head to get closer to it. LOL
