I'm not sure I really understand this tilt shift business. But from what I can tell, it looks as if it has worked really well here, in that big building there does actually look like toy scale. Special lens, or software?

@helenhall Glad you like it Helen! I use Elements 11 and had to Google how to do tilt shift effect. It's basically copying image, Gaussian blurring, applying a gradient to the bit you want to show up more and then boosting the colour. Pretty easy when you've played around a couple of times:)
