Wind through the Wheatfield by fbailey

Wind through the Wheatfield

I had a lot of fun standing in this field, waiting for the gusts of wind ... no, the sky wasn't brown but grey and dull so I added a Nik filter to perk it up a little.

I love your choice of sky colour - it's most unusual and a wonderful contrast - the whole scene is so nicely surreal.

I want to figure out how to use my ND filter to take some photos like this. It's lovely.

@randystreat My method Kathy is Guess and Press! In the end I put it on Bulb and held the shutter down for a variety of bet 2 and 10 seconds. The biggest problem I find is once I've focussed I then put the ND filter on but usually manage to knock the focus out during the process. Do have a go, I really enjoyed this one even if I didn't have much of a clue what I was doing:)
