I wish I could say this was somewhere exotic and I was on holiday amongst the palms - but it's Folkestone beach with a row of extremely hardy palms that seem to thrive with the worst the English weather can throw at them!
I like the warm tones on the horizon and the silhouetted palms. Folkestone must be in a similar hardiness zone to the state below mine. This looks like it could have been taken at a South Carolina beach.
