@farmreporter All I did was copy the original and use the eraser to take out all of the picture I didn't want. It was fiddly around the reins of the horses but I zoomed in a lot and dropped the eraser tool to 1 pixel in places. Saved image. Then floated sunset pic on top, think I used Soft Overlay option. Clicked on layer with horses and darkened it to make silhouettes and then merged the two together. It's fiddly but fun!
@redandwhite Hi Cstherine and thanks. It's a combination of someone else's image (cowboys) and your take on the bg. If you check out tag wwyd160 you'll see what I mean.
I saw this for the WWYD challenge and it's absolutely perfect! I think you'll be the only entry because nobody can come close to doing what you did lol!!! Winner! I would so hang this on my wall as well. Very well done.
i was going to play wwyd only for the second time in my 7 years here. but then i saw this and i thought, nah, there's the winner so i won't bother anymore. :-) really great edit.
@not_left_handed@summerfield@deborah63 Thank you all very much indeed but Carole G has got this sewn up with Riders of the Storm and very deservedly so, much more work involved than this:)
@radiogirl Thanks so much, I hadn't realised it was! You have made my weekend:) PS is serious fun. Thanks very much too for the follow, following right back.
Really well done.
I like fiddling around in PS as well!!
