Pitcher picture

I have to learn to be careful what I say to my sister-in-law Grace. While visiting them a week ago, I commented that I should get an infuser pitcher like hers and put lemon in the water...that maybe I would drink more water. Today one came in the mail from Grace. So thoughtful, and I do think I will drink more water. (The lemon would have been prettier if I left the rind on.)
looks perfect and so healthy, too

What a thoughtful gift! In addition to lemons and limes, I put diced frozen fruit in mine ...peaches, strawberries, mangoes, oranges, etc. When feeling adventuresome I put herbs such as mint from my garden into the infuser. It actually does make water taste better!

And in truth the best flavor is in the oils of the rind.

@shilohmom @seattlite @littleconnie @hermann Thank you all. It may be psychological, but I do like drinking this water.

This is very pretty and tempting, too. The rind will increase the flavor. Add a sprig of mint or other green herb. It may not add to the taste, but it will be pretty, too. Or perhpas cucumber or oranges or limes...

I didn't know they made them like this - know the tea making one. But that would be great - put lemon, orange, pineapple, apple in that central bit!
