Yellow! by filsie65

Yellow!

I don't remember a year with as many glorious fields of rape-seed crop... they really are beautiful this year and I felt the need to capture a little of the expanse over the hill near our village, even on a grey day they are so cheerful...
This may be a very flowery week, I apologise in advance to anyone who won't like it.
Thanks so much for viewing/commenting on my posts of birds and Paris yesterday, you're all smashing! Have a great Monday...!

Saw this on PP......very eyecatching! I was just commenting the other day that the rape fields seems to be more yellow, bright and long lasting this year than I can remember. I drive through the countryside everyday enjoying this view. Great shot!

I love how there starts off, in the foreground, some sprinkling of green, that just fades to pure yellow towards the back. This is great! Fav! congrats on the pp with it.
