Unpeeled one of last month's chinese lanterns to see what was inside. Loved the pattern of the veins so held it up to a candle to see more. It charred the 'petal' a little but I pulled it back in time! Upped the red a little to really make it suitable for today.
Decided to join in with the Nominated November challenge... I have grave doubts about managing it all but at least there are 30 days not 31!
Thank you all so much for your kind words about my pumpkin... surprised so many of you thought 'disco' rather than 'ooh what spooky eyes' but then I'm rubbish at scary, none of the kids who came to the door were scared of me, even though I do teach most of them. I'm slipping.....! Have a Fav Nov!
