Home is where the Heart is

Packing up to go away is a poignant time to take a shot depicting home sweet home, as per the get-pushed challenge from Lorraine last week. I decided that home is where the heart is - so took a shot of my sweet guinea-pig, Humphrey, in his newly cleaned and restocked hutch. He and Bertie have 2 ladies coming to look after them while we are away and I feel a lurch for them and the cats who I am sure won't miss me at all!
We are off to Spain early tomorrow so leaving tonight - back at the end of the week after a short break away and I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to lying on a sunbed and doing nothing..! I have a new nd filter and all my camera gubbins packed and will think of my dear 365er friends every day. Thank you for calling by and take care :)
@lorrainelouise Just in the nick of time... really glad I took this shot - I may even take it away with me :) Thanks for the challenge

Now that is a wonderful guinea pig portrait. Humphrey is as gorgeous as a guinea pig could possibly portray. Hope you have an excellent trip!!
