Princes Risborough in the Fog/Mist/Cloud

Louise took me to Princes Risborough this morning to have a look around and do a little shopping. As you can see I found a rather nice house with timber framing which I believe is now split into flats.

I'm not sure if it is fog, low cloud or mist which you can see in the background, but we have had a lot of this type of day since I arrived. The sun did appear eventually on a couple of days.

Originally just Risborough and mentioned in the Domesday Book it was a royal Manor house. Prince was added to its name when it passed into the hands of the Black Prince.

Beautiful capture of this lovely house/ building. Only the antenna is a dissonant . I remove it in my pic. with Picasa `s retouch if I don`t like it.

@pyrrhula Thank you. I must try that with Picasa. I don't experiment that much with any of the tools. Katharine

@dolphin @bobhuegel @bruni Thank you. I love to see timber-framed buildings even if they are not all genuine. I like it when they are in use rather than museum pieces. Katharine
