Taken three days ago during my hunt for the 'Guardians of York' street art (see http://365project.org/fishers/365/2021-04-11 ), this part of the city walls runs beside Price's Lane.
Here the city walls are flanked by trees on both sides. The daffodil display isn't as good here as it was in yesterday's shot, the flowers are rather past their best.
Two of the interval towers can be seen. These make a useful vantage point for photographs when walking the circuit of the wall walkway.

I can certainly recommend a walk around the city wall walk if you get chance to visit York. It is interesting any time of year, but particularly attractive in early spring when the daffodils are in flower.
