Tulips by fishers

Tulips

Taken at the beginning of the month in the Museum Gardens, York, these rather brightly coloured tulips are the first tulips that I've seen in flower this year. They may regret their early appearance in the next few days, as the weather turns cooler and wetter, and with a risk of snow.

Thank you all for your lovely comments and favs, they are very much appreciated.

There is really a look of Spring about York now - but temperatures are falling, and it looks like we might even have more snow this week - it was snowing this morning on the coast at Scarborough.
