It's a novel based on a strange story after the Italian army "conquered" Ethiopia: an enquiry by the Militaty Justice on an officer accused of being a kind of Colonel Kurtz. Whose conclusions were exactly the contrary of a parallel enquiry conducted by the military police. All absolutely true, but of course it's a novel: there are battles, spies, love stories, sex and all ingredients of a fiction story... 🙂
