So... when it's snowing and cold, you need to be dressed up properly for the occasion. Even Hogan knows that.
Have some more goofy pictures when the hat actually dropped on his eyes and he was so bravely sitting and trying not to move to be a very good boy. It was hard to take pictures while laughing ;)
