An old railway line used to run through here up until the 1960s. Behind me is what used to be Blaisdon Halt which had a small platform for passengers. This has long since gone but my brother-in-law, who owns the land, is having the platform rebuilt to how it was. He's very excited about the project, even though trains will never run through here again. I also travel over this bridge everyday on my way to work.
