Sudeley Castle, Winchcombe by flowerfairyann

Sudeley Castle, Winchcombe

So much history to soak up on my first visit here - Richard III, Henry VIII and Katherine Parr are all connected to this place. The soft Cotswold stone glows in any light but it would have been nice to have seen a little more sun today. It was a very enjoyable visit nonetheless.
I think you should have done some weeding while you were there.

@andrewbede There was a Benedictine Abbey at Sudeley Castle at one time - but you may already know that. Welcome to 365 and thank you for the follow. I shall be looking in your photos again.
