These hands...

... belong to my son and he's making pasta dough. He bought a pasta maker at Christmas and this is the second time he has used it - with some success. We had a delicious lasagne last night.

this picture brought back a terrible memory! My hubby made pasta once, in an orange and shallot sauce. Except we didn't have any oranges.....or shallots. So he substituted with satsumas and onions. I not only tasted disgusted, it upset my tummy like you wouldn't believe!.....The machine now lives in the back of the cupboard!

@janemartin I apologise for laughing when reading your comment. Really - satsumas and onions! Sounds just like a flat mate of mine when we were at uni - I could tell some tales of the combinations he used to come up with.
