@busylady It's all pretty ruined now but there were beds in there and a coal fire. Probably some chairs I would guess. The salmon lathe net fishing season used to start in February so the men needed somewhere on the bank to warm up before and after they were out on, or wading in, the river.
Good to read the back story to the 'fish hut' above. I was wondering the same. It has been a very long time since this was in use! The corregated rusty structure makes a great photo opportunity though.
