I am joining Andy* (@amfrumbiddivurd) in posting a picture a day until Christmas from my old files.
It's hard to remember the constant assault of the new during the my first trip to Thailand until I return to the photos. My first digital camera was a Kodak DC-210 Plus. One MP, fixed focus. $700-800 in 1998, $30 In 2004 on eBay. I abandoned my disposable camera habit.

I started 10th Dec with my best pic from 2000, then my best from 2001 etc.
Bear in mind the quality will be less and I took a lot less photos back then as they took 2mins per photo to download to my pc for a 1MP image!! But they upload quicker here!

Ah, you are joining in with Andy also! This is a fantastic old photo and no surprise that you chose it. Cameras have changed so much and my photography has changed with it. In 2003 I was still taking photos like they would be for print. I love taking all I want and then throwing away what I don't want!
@stownsend Thanks. I too was way more selective at first. Maybe I should try that again.
