Documenting life in Hua Hin. When the city put in new power poles and power lines, they didn't rehang the cables placed by various communications entities on the old poles. Some crew working for one of those companies decided this was a good solution for running cables across a street.
@jamibann@jyokota Foreigners who adjust well to life here have learned to react to such 'Are you kidding me!?' encounters with a shrug - after they return their jaws to the normal position and pop their eyes back into their sockets.
