To be and not to be

Documenting travel. Why does a Zeppelin museum have cars on display?. The company that built the cars in 1957 later became part of the Zeppelin Group. The museum offered to buy the car and the rolling chassis. The Group was glad to have their history on display, so it's on permanent loan to the museum.

Only one car was built. Three chassis were built, this is the only one known to exist. The make and model of the car is the Gaylord Gladiator.

Too close of a close-up view of the car's nose at https://365project.org/fotoblah/365/2021-08-30
