While I went to the office (for the first time in a while), Joe went to the store and brought home twelve gallons of cider. About eight weeks from now, we may have an altogether different liquid. Wish the time went faster.
Wow, that's a lot of cider! I guess it will be an alcoholic brew coming up, sounds interesting.

Today where most cider is pasteurized you don't get the hard cider as much. I always loved to let a bottle hang out in the back of the refrigerator until it was tasty.

@grammyn not sure exactly. Joe's process is very much like making beer. That much i know.

Looks like a lot of work with a great end result. I imagine we will see a shot of the final product, all chilled in a frosty glass?

I have no idea of the difference between cider and hard cider. Is this apple juice to start with?
