@mzzhope I only had cell phone camera with me because we were supposed to get lots of rain, and it really didn't get the color right, which I couldn't fix. These are unbelievably tiny, though.
So... we’re get pushed partners this week. What would you think about a Skype meeting between my dinos and your pig family? Joint challenge/photo op? Feel free to say you don’t like the idea or can’t do it now — or ever.
@mcsiegle Well !!! My reaction being that of utmost FEAR tells me that this would be a fantastic idea. By "joint" challenge, did you mean that you don't want a separate one? I have used skype in the distant past (a couple years ago). I'm wondering if I can use it on my phone. That might be easier to photograph given the size of the pigs. I will look into it. We'll have to pick a day. How about Wednesday or Tuesday evening? Now that I'm committed, I'm kind of excited about meeting not only the dinos, but also, you!
Right. Same challenge for both of us if that’s ok. Skype, or Zoom if you do that and prefer. I’m not an expert but I’ve used both for a quarterly board meeting and can probably manage to connect. I’ll use the iPad for the dinos. Does this break into your Bible quotes? Hopefully you can find one that fits. Should we try for tomorrow, Tuesday? I forget what time zone you live in. I have switched my work schedule for this semester to work just in the afternoons from one until five so either morning or the evening. If that’s too much of a rush, Wednesday would work too.
Tuesday evening sounds great. I've done zoom on both phone and computer. But I've never started a meeting. I'm in Eastern time. ..same as New York. Around 7:30 my time? If you're on. Central time, (are you?) that's 6:30 your time. I'll round up the pigs, let them know!!
@francoise Can we push it back a half an hour to 8:00 your time. Frank will have dinner (just hamburgers) as soon as I get home. I’ll try to get things set up in the morning before I go to work. Like you, you I’ve never initiated a Zoom meeting, but since I proposed it I’ll do that. I think I invite you via email. I’m on Facebook.
