Ok, I’m thinking that maybe a skirt is going a little too far. Do I look like I’m ready to dance on my trotters? I feel like I'm ready to leave this picture. But I guess letting Miss F. do magic with me is my contribution. Contribution. That was the contested word the other day. Miss F. walked into the living room and saw the older and the younger sitting on couches in waiting mode. “You two look like you’re waiting for life to begin,” she said. The older informed her that he was waiting for the younger to go out and mow the grass with him. The younger informed her that he was being forced to help mow the grass. “Who’s forcing you? No one is forcing you.” Oh, yes he was, insisted the younger, by guilt and how happy dad would be. “Well, no one is forcing you, though you might consider making a contribution once in a while.” “What!!!??? I contribute.” The younger then went on to insist that the five minutes he spends feeding and watering the chickens was a major contribution. Let’s see if anyone else wants to walk on chicken shit, he said. And I don’t get anything for it. Miss F. gave up and went outside to pull some weeds. Eventually, the older gave up waiting and went outside to mow, joined somewhat sulkily by the younger. They worked for 45 minutes and came in full of the knowledge that they had been imposed upon, but had “contributed.” The third boy was witness to this discussion and seemed a bit smirky, so Miss F. snapped at him that he could consider contributing too. For example, she wanted company at dinner. He came through with Start Trek trivia which caught everyone’s attention and led to a nice dinner conversation.
Mr. Pig certainly has a way with words and keeping us up to date with Miss F.'s family life. Sounds like there is never a dull moment there!

It does look like a bit of a skirt but it is quite flattering. It sounds as if there is never a dull moment at your house and you are "contributing" to the over all entertainment.
