May 6, 2026 This snow storm created a wet heavy snow, a neighbor's tree branches was resting on the main power line along with other lines. I saw smoke and heard a sizzling noise from the maon power line, so I called the fire department this morning... a crew of city workers came and knocked off the wet heavy snow from the tree limbs.
A different city crew will come back later on and cut the tree branches that are overgrown into the lines.
Thankful for the fire department coming to assess the power line and the smoking tree limbs touching the power line, as well as the city crew who cleared the snow off of the weighted down tree limbs.
Lots of broken overweighed tree limbs this morning breaking off of trees in our neighborhood.
