I realised, on taking this picture of blossom on one of our garden's apple trees, that we will never enjoy the fruit, or even the last stages of growth. By the time the apples are ripe and ready for eating we will have moved to the south coast on my retirement in the summer.
A fabulous close up with wonderful details, love the confetti like bokeh too. I suppose it happens to most of us, that at some stage in life we need to get a smaller place with no more gardening or hard work ;-)
