Information Transmitters.

These transmitters are on top of Winter hill, Rivington moor, Lancashire 1,496 feet above sea level. The thin one with the wires is a TV transmitting antenna its height is 1,015.4 ft. It is the highest television transmitting antenna in the United Kingdom. The structure on the left, and I'm just guessing is about 200 ft. I just like the perspective.
A very intricate network of steel. I wouldn't want to be the person who had to climb those internal stairs.

Excellent! The clouds make a great backdrop for the transmitters. Interesting piece too :)

Bitter sweet image. Although they are blights on the landscape - without them we would be unable to electronically communicate.
