@vignouse Richard, I always assumed that most people feel a little off at this time of the year after months of cold, dark and miserable days. I'm afraid I'm a "get on with it lad" although I would point others in the same direction as you. Thank you.
@gamelee That tends to be my approach to most adversities too Lee but I used to work with a rough, tough sportsman who suffered visibly with Seasonal Affective Disorder and he really needed his twice weekly treatment.
