He wasn't very happy that people were stopping to take photos and not leave any coins in his collection bag. He pointed to it on more than one occasion. These kids plagued him for a while too.

Not a good thing to do. I do think it is the responsible thing to leave a little something when someone is performing in the street, and one is taking photos. I won't even address the actions of the kids.

I agree with Phil @phil_howcroft They are in a public place and should not expect payment for this. As for the kids, they're bound to get excited by seeing these huge bubbles. On our visit to Krakow we saw this and I took loads of photos without any mention of payment xx
