It's in the shadows. by gamelee

It's in the shadows.

I took this shot a while back and have only today got around to editing it. I have so many unedited Raw images, I really need to catch up with them.
Anyhow, I don't know specifically what drew me to take this shot, probably the trees, shadows and light. But there's much more here. Do you see the couple at the middle top stood looking into the field, took me a while to spot, but if you follow the tree shadows down to the bottom of the image, right at the bottom in the shadow corner there is a deer. I'm guessing they're watching it.
A story within your landscape! The greens are so luscious in this light and with the shadows makes for a really appealing image.

The shadows and undulations do it for me, the sheep are a bonus:)

Lovely rural scene with the long shadows - I can see the deer but I have failed to spot the people ( perhaps its time I went to Specsavers !! ) lol !

Not sure I see the people or the deer, but I do see the sheep. I think the shadows are what makes me look at this picture. They fall so nicely across the fields. Did you take this with a drone? You see to be on a very high vantage point!

What a great luscious green shot and story! I would have seen neither the couple nor the deer if you hadn't mentioned them. Where did you take the shot from? Somewhere on high!

@olivetreeann @jamibann The shot was taken at a vantage point, and using a long lens giving the appearance of a high viewpoint Thank's.
