Great to get out for a walk today. Although very cold and frosty under foot in the shade, the sun was quite warm in the open.
I used the tree here to to shade the brightness of the sun as it set.
This moor is used by the military for training and as a shooting range. There are flag poles dotted about that fly a red flag when walking isn't permitted.
Fantastic - full of drama of the strong late afternoon sun on a frosty day - love the moss-covered remains of the dry stone wall and the glisten on the icy stream ( or is it an icy pathway )So much to see ! Love it and a fav Lee .
