Throwback Thursday

I've been going through my bloated picture files recently trying to remove some of the images, in order to free up some space, and placate my computer which has been sending me nasty messages about my scratch disk being full. In the process, as well as finding some real dogs of shots that I'm happy to delete, I've been rediscovering old favourites so, I've decided for the next few weeks at least to have a one day of the week blast from the past post. This is this week's.
This is a shot of the interior of my favourite building in downtown Toronto. Designed by Santiago Calatrava it soars skyward, with light spilling in from above and the side.
Great shot

Fantastic shot! Love the perspective. Calatrava also designed a building in Milwaukee (the Art Museum) that is just stunning like this one.

@denisefuller @graemestevens @frankhymus Thanks for the comments it is a beautiful building.
@boatpainter after your comment I looked up some pictures of the Art Museum, love it, looks to me like a cross between a sailing ship and some huge bird of prey that has settled on the ground, but the light inside is the most lovely part to me.

Great lines and patterns

Awesome shot. I always like these types of shots. People walk around them and in them everyday and never look up.
