this dragonfly seemed to really like sitting on the top of the two metal posts that I use to stake beans on. Whenever I got close he would fly away only to return to the top of one or the other of them a few seconds later. Maybe he thought they went well with his copper gold colour tones. This is a pretty extreme crop of a much larger original photo since, whenever I tried to get closer, he seemed to sense my presence and take off.
