House Finch Feeder

I think these are house finches. They may be purple finches, I can't tell the difference. I wish the feeder were more attractive but it's where I found them and I do like the jaunty feather on the head of one of the females.

Thanks for your kind comments. Life recently has been very chaotic leaving little time for photography so I have to be content with the occasional, close to home photo ops of humble subjects. :)
