Out on my walk I passed this fence, it's bright red colour made it show up prominently where the sun hit it, but it almost disappeared where it was in shadow. That, and the fact that there were a couple of different layers of the fence, made it appear and disappear as one walked by, giving it an almost ghost like feel. Better on black.
