When I was growing up, this little frame (7X9cm) was always sitting on my mom's dresser. In it is a photo of her mom, with my older brother sitting on her lap. This Grandma died a couple of years before I was born so this picture became my only 'memory' of her. Now the little frame sits on top of my piano.
What a beautiful keepsake.
My mother's mother died when my mother was young so I never had a chance to meet her either. As far as I know, there are no pictures of her.
