This cute home is located in an area of East Sacramento called the Fabulous 40's. I love the front door and color, windows and the roof shingles. The homes range in size from charmingly small to spectacularly large and in a variety of architectural styles. They are also known for tree lined streets, Christmas lights/decorations and is the city's most quintessential and fashionable neighborhood. Pricey too.

This is such a beautiful home! Dallas has Highland Park, our fabulous 40’s neighborhood. Sadly so many homes have been torn down and replaced by big showy mansions, a lot of the neighborhood’s charm has been lost!
I've always had a soft spot for arched doorways and peak roofs. We have a neighbourhood that has a lot of both - must be similar to yours and built in the 40's
