We stopped at Rainbow Lodge on our way to Truckee. We took a walk to see how fast the river was running. There is still snow too! It was so peaceful, so relaxing and so pretty!

@shutterbug49 Rainbow Lodge had been sadly closed for awhile now. I miss being able to go inside and see all the vintage snow photos. It looks like they are trying to rent the lodge out for weddings and special occasions only at the moment. They have been doing repairs and sprucing it up so I hope it will one day be open to the public again.
