I don't run. However, my husband enjoys it. He ran a half marathon last Sunday called the Urban Cow in 1:55:12. He was pleased with his time. Since it was the 15th anniversary, they gave out two medals. Their slogan is "It's a race like no udder." Sophie Belle is showing them off but it was so bright and sunny, her eyes are closed.
