This is a famous Squeeze Burger which is best known for its fantastic cheese skirt. Delicious! I know it is hard to tell but there is a burger, onion, pickles and lettuce under that cheese skirt. Luckily it comes in a veggie burger version since I have not eaten any meat in 27 years for ethical reasons and my love of animals.
Guy Fieri visited the Squeeze Inn and had it on his show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. and I don’t know how the patrons do it, but the ceiling is full of those toothpicks hanging down. Watch the first video below...fun to see how they make it!

PS...I found out you shoot the toothpicks straight up at the ceiling through a straw! And they stick into the ceiling tile! There are 1,000’s of them in different colors.
@shutterbug49 My other favorite place! I always order the Nut Burger! The Sunflower is close to my dentist (and 5 minutes from my house) so my treat is to eat there after an appointment! :)
