This monster is 3 metres long and 1.5inches thick, and boy can I tell you, swinging this beauty around for 10 minutes, really tests your motivation and resolve with regards to fitness. Your Heart and Lungs want to leap out and escape, and your arms and shoulder muscles surrender!
They start thinner to cater for the beginner, then work there way up to 2.5inches thick for the Trojan warriors of you out there👍
