Joined our company on Tuesday, the day after the Bank Holiday.
He’s only just passed his license, so is pretty much learning the trade from scratch.
This is quite a difficult feat these days, as the Rules, Regs and Procedures are an absolute mine field to negotiate.
He’s out for a week with an experienced driver, then we let him loose solo👍
