Reflecting on Refraction

Having played around for a while I came up with this. I used a single candle mounted in a silver sphere as a light source. The sphere was partially submerged in a large crystal bowel not quite full of water, at the bottom of which was a CD. I let some of the wax melt onto the sphere to meet the surface of the water. Then I turned off all the lights, mounted my camera on a tripod and this is what I got - minimum of processing.
