Neon Okra

Green veggies are supposed to be healthy, so this neon okra probably has super powers! (very little editing on this)

Okra is one of the green vegetables with the highest levels of antioxidants.

I love okra and had the pleasure of devouring it this summer from my brother's garden. It can be cooked so many ways! (and my grandson even got me to try it raw and it's buttery and yum uncooked too!) What a great shot of this delicious veggie! :-)
