This is a view looking north towards the downtown area, from the south and on the west bank of the Scioto River. I waited a solid hour and a half for the clouds to part and get some rays of sunshine on the buildings, but it was not to be ,,,, until about 20 minutes after I drove off, and saw the sun come out in my rear view mirror! Foiled again!!
