We stored some of our summer fruit in the freezer. I made a mixture of raspberries, red currants and gooseberries this morning and look at that: twelve jars full of delicious jam!
P.S. I asked Picmonkey to drop some snowflakes to give this picture a wintry look.
Beautiful presentation. You are ambitious --- well done! Looks so yummy. Again, Merry Christmas. I'm outta here for several hrs.....busy day!

There is nothing nicer than homemade jam. I plan to make a mix berry jam and an apricot jam after Christmas . Merry Christmas to you and your family .
