My reward :)

I've had terrible withdrawal symptoms since being ill and today I just had to see the sea! And I was rewarded with this sight at Logan's Beach - a whale and a rainbow :) I had heard whispers for the week that a whale was hanging around there, so today I felt well enough to go for a quick look (it was quite cold there!)
Thankyou to everyone for your kind thoughts and wishes during this very nasty "bug" I have had. I'm over the worst of it now, but need to take care and not overdo it so I can have a full recovery. Thanks :)

Fabulous, excellent timing. Know what you mean about needing to see the sea. Whenever I visit my daughter in Melbourne I get withdrawal symptoms until I see the ocean again.
I have been meaning to go up to Boat Harbour to watch the whales, but haven't had a day free this month. Maybe have a wander up there this afternoon.
We are going to Barry Park tomorrow to watch whales though and listen to a talk about them too.
