Silver turns to yellow by gilbertwood

Silver turns to yellow

It's great to see our iconic "silver ball" being repaired. It was the water tower for the old Fletcher Jones manufacturing building. It can be seen from many places around Warrnambool and specially as you drive in from the Melbourne side.
Great shot

@peterlgrave Fletcher Jones closed in the 1990's. The building has been bought and sold a few times - but this buyer has really set out to restore the building. There is an antique market there and he is also creating a motor museum. The gardens have always been maintained by council and volunteers.
@littleconnie i would think this is some type of anti-rust paint, and then it may be returned to it's original silver - watch this space :)

A great shot. The chap doing the repairs looks so small.
