My sister & I have our grandsons, aged 7, staying for the week. As this week's weather has been awful, we planned a craft morning, which they both love. After much painting, drawing etc, they moved from the table and started writing their own stories on the floor!
Love those little fingers covered with ink. They look so absorbed on what they are writing. Such a lovely shot. Every now and then I stay with my grandson to help him practice his Maltese reading.
I remember when I used to be able to do that. My back would complain big time these days. Not to mention my knees and elbows! Lovely capture of the boys.
@janeandcharlie Sorry Jane - it's the middle of winter here!!! That's why we're inside :) @ludwigsdiana We plan it each holidays now. They both live in Melbourne, but different sides, so we have them for a week together because they get on so well. They are quiet natured boys not the rough and tumble type.
